Based on the demo at Gamescom, DF have confirmed that the framerate is a somewhat unstable 60fps (dips to 55fps) and there's no RT. This is surprising as both Resident Evil Requiem and Pragmata (who also use Onimusha's RE engine) had a more stable 60fps in their respective demos, despite also utilizing RT reflections/GI. Hopefully the framerate is improved when the game launches next year, although VRR will clean up these minor dips if not.
