Pro can choose between FSR3, TSR or PSSR for upscaling. All 3 run at a similar fps (give or take 5-10fps) and can be capped at 30/40/60fps. However, while FSR3 and TSR (a bit more stable) render a good image, PSSR results in shimmering/flickering, as well as strobing in assets like foliage. Similar to SW Jedi: Survivor when Pro launched, before getting patched. Fidelity mode renders quite a 4K-looking image and is 99% locked above the 48fps VRR window. Performance mode has a roughly 20fps increase and even hits 120fps sometimes, but the 1080p-like image is much blurrier regardless of upscaler.
