Pro and base PS5 run at a basically locked 60fps (at least in the early sections). However, base PS5 has a lower internal resolution before upscaling to 4K. This results in a far softer, non 4K-like image (especially foliage) with considerable temporal instability, artifacting and shimmer in shadows and thin assets like railings. Pro can still exhibit these issues, but to a far lesser degree.
