Disclaimer: Milestone haven't discussed Pro enhancements for Hot Wheels yet. However, they've already shipped 5 racing games on Pro that use UE5 to deliver very similar image quality/framerate metrics. As Hot Wheels is also using UE5, it's very likely it gets the same performance (around 100fps on Pro & 75fps on base PS5 etc). While the tech info on this page uses Screamer for a baseline of expectations as its a recent Milestone game that also uses a less realistic art style, you can view the pages of their other games (Ride 6/Supercross 25 etc) to see just how close their games are performance-wise.
'On 120 Hz screens, Pro generally runs at 90-100fps in gameplay, whereas base PS5 is only around 65-80fps. Fortunately, this means both consoles run at a locked 60fps on 60 Hz screens. Image quality can look quite soft however (especially on base PS5), and there can be noticable temporal instability/artifacting in puddle reflections, railings, buildings etc. This suggests a relatively low internal resolution before upscaling to 4K via UE5's TSR.'
