Both Pro and base PS5 run at a locked 60fps, at least in the early part of the game. Pro does have a slightly higher internal resolution, which results in far away assets like fences/foliage etc being a little sharper/more stable. However, this improvement is very small and both consoles resolve a very 4K-like image. You're far more likely to notice the HDR support, better framerate, and improved graphics settings (lighting, textures etc) if you're coming from the PS4 version.
