Xbox has confirmed that even base consoles will have 4K, 120fps in MP and VRR support. It's therefore safe to assume for now, at the very least, Pro will have a higher framerate when running at 4K in MP. Reloaded also improves visual settings over the 2015 Xbox One Ultimate Edition like shadows/reflections etc. RT is even on the table for Pro and maybe even base PS5 given its inclusion in Gears 5. Again, this is all speculative though and we won't 100% know until its August release.
