Pro's modes look nearly identical despite a 2x difference in framerate. While both Pro and base PS5 performance modes cap at 60fps, they run in a 120 Hz container, resulting in lower input lag. Outside of base PS5 quality mode's higher DRS (1800p-4K), Pro performance mode matches its graphical settings (distant terrain detail & geometry, shadows, AO & texture LODs). Base PS5 performance mode's 1260p-1800p DRS can be noticeably blurrier, with more image instability, shimmer, and fizzle, as well as worse reflections/shadows/draw distance than all other modes. Pro is equivalent to PC's high/very high settings, but RT is only on PC.
