Pearl Abyss have confirmed to me that Pro enhancements won't be discussed until next year. However, when looking at the officially released Pro gameplay of Crimson Desert, both a 4K output and 60fps seem very likely. A 30fps mode with improved graphical settings (better open-world LODs etc) would also be a great option for people who don't mind 30fps in third-person titles.
