Pro has the same improvements seen in the previous 2 College Football games - it's slightly sharper, it has 3D grass and the replays are 60fps. Unfortunately, this is particularly disappointing this year due to Madden 27. Unlike Madden 25/26, 27 will have a Pro-specific quality mode that will maximize visuals at 60fps, and more importantly, a performance mode that will run at 100fps+ in general gameplay. Hopefully, these modes come to CFB 27 later in the year, potentially around when Madden 27 launches. It's certainly not a great look for there to be such a framerate advantage for similar IP, launching 1 month apart, by the same publisher.
